Food and eating habits have always been part of our lives; they are an indication of our status and place in society and say a lot about our desires and fears.
Synopsis and credits
Saga salsa is about family memories, it delves into our daily lives to interpret them through the celebration of food. Sitting around a table, between one course and the next, three women, three different generations, a grandmother, a mother, and a daughter, talk about their lives. Three women who serve the past and the present for a supper to savour but also to see and listen to, an evening meal that calls on all the senses, and in which the dishes served are not only food but also emotions, tastes, and stories.
The performance takes place in non-theatrical settings, such as private homes, restaurants, pubs, cafeterias, during dinners, aperitifs, and buffets.
